Ames Creek Farm

Carnation, WA, saved 2006

Ames Creek Farm is a 179 acre farm in a fertile plain adjacent to Ames Creek and the Snoqualmie River in Carnation. The farm is home to important salmon habitat and is certified  Salmon Safe. Ames Creek Farm has traditionally been the site for an annual tour in September that includes live music, farm stands, educational tours, fresh food and more.

The once fallow fields of this former dairy have been nurtured back to life in the capable hands of two local farmers. Andrew Stout and Wendy Munroe of Full Circle Farm have purchased 147 acres, while Michaele Blakely of Growing Things Farm owns 31 acres and produces a diverse blend of vegetables, poultry, and livestock.
