Local Chefs for Local Farms

Each of our quarterly Local Chefs for Local Farms events features a spectacular 4-course dinner prepared by a Seattle-area premier chef. Maria Hines of Tilth Restaurant, a PCC Farmland Trust Board member, founded the Local Chefs for Local Farms series in order to raise funds and awareness for organic farmland preservation. Along with an exclusive menu that emphasizes local ingredients, each dinner includes wine pairings, and a panel discussion with a farmer,Trust Staff, and host chef.

Local Chefs for Local Farms seeks to deepen the connection between consumers and the source of their food and illuminate the benefits and challenges – social, economic and physical – of eating and growing local, organic food. Reservations are required. Cost is $85 per person and is paid via web registration. Please see event invitation for specific registration details. (Online registration opens about one month prior to each event.)
