Local Chefs for Local Farms at Lark on September 19th

Join us for a spectacular 4-course dinner at Chef John Sundstrom’s Lark, one of the Pacific Northwest’s premier, artisan-focused restaurants. Local Chefs for Local Farms seeks to celebrate and deepen our connection with the source of our food. The evening begins with a seasonal feast created especially for the occasion, and culminates in a discussion with Chef John Sundstrom, special guest Kurt Timmermeister and PCC Farmland Trust – exploring the benefits and challenges of eating and growing local, organic food. The evening will also include a call for support of PCC Farmland Trust’s Future Farm Fund.
