Erick and Wendy Haakenson have spent 17 seasons on the farm, running one of the area’s oldest and most comprehensive CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) subscriptions. Erick’s son David Haakenson is now also farming on the property.

Project Background:

About half of Jubilee Farm previously had been conserved by the King County Farmland Preservation Program. When there was an opportunity to partner with King County to preserve the remaining half through the County’s Transfer of Development Rights Program, PCC Farmland Trust jumped at the chance.

Property Description:

Jubilee Farm is a biodynamic farm in the heart of the Snoqualmie Valley, and is certified Salmon Safe.

Farm Products:

The Haakensons grow greens, squash, cucumbers, tomatoes, peas, beans, raspberries, artichokes, broccoli, cauliflower, strawberries, cabbage, watermelons, peppers, potatoes, onions, cantaloupes, basil, kohlrabi, corn, leeks, fennel, carrots, garlic, beets, radishes, cilantro, turnips, winter squashes, and more!
