Public Comment Notice for PCC Farmland Trust’s Accreditation Renewal

As you may know, PCC Farmland Trust received its accreditation from the Land Trust Alliance (LTA) in 2013, a national organization that promotes voluntary private land conservation across the country. LTA’s land trust accreditation program recognizes land conservation organizations that meet national quality standards for protecting important natural places and working lands forever. Today, we are applying for renewal of our accreditation, and a public comment period is open through December 14, 2018.

During the public comment period, the Land Trust Accreditation Commission, an independent program of the Land Trust Alliance, invites public input and accepts signed, written comments on pending applications. Comments must relate to how PCC Farmland Trust complies with national quality standards. These standards address the ethical and technical operation of a land trust.
